EXECUTIVE
Charged to provide leadership to the association in meeting and exceeding the vision & mission statements of the TVCA. The Executive Committee, per the bylaws is made up of all elected and appointed officials of the organization, currently totaling 8. The Executive Committee sets the agenda for the organization's regular meetings.

MEMBERSHIP
Charged with the recruitment, enrollment, and recording of members This Committee also coordinates and manages all elections.

VOTIN' IN THE VALLEY
Charged to provide broad and frequent opportunities to register to vote and distribute voter education materials; to provide free rides to the Toney Precinct.

SCHOLARSHIP
Charged to provide process for awarding of the Toney Valley Civic Scholarships, the White Legacy Scholarships, The General L. M. Smoot Legacy Book Stipend, and The Janet Pierce Memorial Book Stipend.

KEEP TONEY CLEAN
Charged to organize, populate and proceed in projects, outreach and responses to keep the Toney Valley community clean. Quarterly clean-ups are always timely and warmly accepted. The outreach includes contacting Dekalb Code Enforcement of dumping and abusive violations of the Dekalb Code.

NEIGHBORHOOD WATCH & SAFETY
Charged to provide enhanced, organized approaches for the safety, security and welfare of T. V. residents. This Committee has led the charge in Toney Valley's watch & safety efforts by being funded with 2 grants: United Way of Greater Atlanta - Community Building Institute and Community Foundation for Greater Atlanta State Farm Education Fund for new Neighborhood Watch Signs & Block Captain training.
