Toney Valley Civic Association, Inc., founded in 1984, is a not for profit, Georgia Secretary of State registered association of volunteer Toney Valley Subdivision homeowners, residents, and non-residents. We come together to serve, inform, and empower our community through projects and programs that incorporate our community’s spirit of participation. Officers are elected biennially, with meetings run per Roberts Rules of Order and adhering to the organization’s bylaws.
